This class is geared toward middle and high school students who are interested in learning fundamentals of classical artistic study. This is a great class to learn technical skills and begin a portfolio.
Animals & More with Mary Veiga
Tuesdays 4:00 - 6:00pm (Ages 6 - 8)
In this class for Elementary School Students, muralist Mary Veiga provides instruction for the young, budding artist. Mary’s class focuses on learning how to create compositions by building the basic principles of visual art and working with classical mediums such as graphite, pastels, and watercolor. This class is sure to foster any young artist’s curiosity and enthusiasm.
Lower & Middle School Arts

This core instructional course provides a classic approach to learning the fundamentals of artistic tradition. Tailored for lower and middle school students, this class is the perfect place to start a portfolio or break new ground in artistic study. For students of all levels of experience.
Youth Arts with Sean & Patricia
Saturday 10:30am - 12:00pm (Ages 5 - 8)
Students will study foundational elements of drawing, painting, and design in a fun and inviting setting, suitable for individual needs. Guided lessons begin each class, followed by a snack break, and then students will work on a project of their choosing.
Painting with Mary Veiga
Sundays 2:00 - 4:00pm
Join accomplished muralist Mary Veiga for a relaxed session of painting instruction. Class will feature guided as well as independent study, allowing students to receive personalized instruction while working on subjects of their choosing. Mary’s class is the perfect environment for those looking to familiarize themselves with painting as well as seasoned professionals. For adults & youth.
Watercolor & Drawing with Trevor Twist
Wednesdays 4:00 - 6:00pm (Middle & High School Ages)
School head Trevor Twist hosts an open creative session with an emphasis on watercolor and drawing instruction. While centrally allowing students to focus on their individual work, the class also provides demonstrations in a range of mediums including watercolor and pen & ink. This is a great atmosphere to build a personal portfolio while improving artistic versatility.
Saturday Open Studio
Saturday 1:00 - 3:00pm (Ages 12 & up, plus Adults)
This Saturday studio class includes a combination of instructed lesson & independent projects. Lead by Trevor Twist, students are encouraged to create a piece or pieces that are more involved and develop over time, great for middle & high school students developing fine art portfolios.
