Trevor TwistTrevor Twist is the Director and owner of Mitchell School of Fine Arts. He has an extensive background in tradtional fine arts with a focus on portrait and oil painting. He took over Mitchell School in 2008 and has been inspiring students ever since! He teaches foundation and srcialized classes, for both youth and adults.

Bill Wright, an accomplished watercolorist with 30 years of professional experience, works in the realist style. His watercolor & oil paintings are noted for the dramatic light and color. He teaches both Wednesday adult watercolor classes.

David has nearly 60 years of fine art experience. His traditional realism style ranges with subjects from European & American architectural landscapes to still life & the figure. David teaches our landscape oil painting class on Friday mornings.

Mary is a fine artist and muralist, well known in Maryland, Virginia, & Washington D.C. Trained in oil painting, her work is rich in texture and details, often depicting lush, rural environments. Mary teaches the Tuesday afternoon youth class and Sunday Painters for all experience levels.
