Founded in 1965, the Mitchell School of Fine Arts is a regional arts organization dedicated to enriching the greater Baltimore community through fine arts education. We offer a wide range of instruction on the fundamental elements of visual expression, including drawing, painting and their various mediums. We welcome all experience levels, and hope through our engagement with the community, to promote an artistic approach to life both in and outside the studio.
